Photocopy of company name pre-check verification letter ( electronic file available )

A photocopy of the articles of association or the list of shareholders ( electronic files are available )

4.

Photocopy of passbook of company preparatory office ( cover, bank chapter page, amount page ) ( electronic file available )

5.

Declaration of owner or substantial beneficiary ( as long as the person in charge )

Statement of source of funds ( one copy for each shareholder ) ( there are examples for the firm )

6.

Certificate of deposit balance ( apply to the bank of deposit )

7.

For remittance of shares: attach the remittance statement ( with examples )

Entrusted agency: attached power of attorney ( with examples )

Pay the visa fee
