The Bureau stated that the epidemic of severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19) was severe from 2010 to 2011. In order to ease the crowds and prevent the income tax declaration from becoming a breakthrough in epidemic prevention, the Ministry of Finance extended the income tax declaration in accordance with Article 10 of the Tax Collection Law. The period is 2 months, which is an expedient measure in response to the epidemic situation. This year, the domestic epidemic situation continues to be stable and at a low point. It is advisable to return to the normal track for income tax settlement and declaration operations, and maintain the statutory declaration period of 1 month. Those who are economically disadvantaged or who have financial difficulties due to objective facts and are unable to pay income tax by the deadline for settlement and declaration can apply for extension or installment by using the online service of the Ministry of Finance's taxation portal network, mail or in person before May 31 this year. Tax payment, regardless of the amount of tax payable, can be applied for. The extension period can be up to 1 year, and the installment can be up to 3 years (36 installments). The National Taxation Bureau will accept it leniently to relieve financial pressure.
The bureau further explained that during the 2011 income tax settlement declaration period, from May 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012, the period when the National Taxation Bureau provides various service measures at the cabinet, and the overtime receiving period is shown in the attachment.
From April 28, 2012, taxpayers who hold natural person certificates, medical staff certificates, health insurance cards and passwords, mobile natural person certificates, electronic certificates, mobile phone authentication or use "account number + inquiry code" as the pass code, You can download income and deduction information through the Ministry of Finance's electronic tax declaration and payment service network /comprehensive income tax (https://tax.nat.gov.tw), without having to go to the National Taxation Bureau to inquire in person; Business offices can check the obtained information through the Ministry of Finance’s taxation portal (https://www.etax.nat.gov.tw), and then go to the Ministry of Finance’s electronic declaration and tax payment service network (website: https://www.etax.nat.gov.tw) /tax.nat.gov.tw) for online declaration.
The bureau stated that in order to enhance the convenience of comprehensive income tax declaration and payment, this year's mobile tax declaration has added cash payment and application for deferred (instalment) tax payment functions, and has tried to implement online (including mobile phone) declaration attachment uploading services and other measures. People can use the Internet (including mobile phones) to declare and pay taxes at home 24 hours a day during the income tax declaration period; if they have any questions about tax declaration, they can also use the smart customer service online instant consultation service, telephone, email or fan page for consultation. You can meet your tax filing needs at the door.
